Solvent Recovery Systems

AMCEC solvent recovery systems, with deep carbon beds, provide up to 99% recovery and, in some cases a one-year return on investment. Steam or inert gas regenerated systems are custom built in various sizes and metallurgy to suit clients applications.

  • MICROBLOC skid units for Solvent Laden Air (SLA) volume from 300 to 3,000 scfm (standard cubic feet per minute).
  • MONOBLOC factory assembled units for SLA up to 40,000 scfm.
  • Custom multi-adsorber systems for SLA up to 1,000,000 scfm.

NMP Recovery Systems

AMCEC NMP is used in the manufacture of lithium ion batteries as a solvent for coatings used for the anode and cathode substrates.
Solvent laden air from the ovens is drawn into the AMCEC Solvent Recovery System where the NMP is recovered by a combination of condensation and adsorption.

VOC Emission Control Systems - HYBRID

AMCEC HYBRID systems combine carbon or zeolite rotary bed concentrators (regenerated by hot air) with catalytic or thermal oxidizers. This is a cost effective solution to control dilute VOC emissions with removal efficiencies over 95%.

  • Modular concentrator units, factory assembled and tested up to 60,000 scfm capacity.
  • Field assembled concentrator units designed to process up to 1,000,000 scfm of VOC laden air.
